City on the cliff

I had the time and I figured I should actually use the paper since it has been stretched for like two months (bad me). Not that I even used the whole thing so I'll have to do something else on it too.

Something I drew out of my head, a little architecture reference for inspiration but other than that . . . I don't think its finished quite yet so suggestions are welcome.
