Starting at the top:
Munin: Named for Odin's raven of Memory, Munin is a man out for revenge, remembering each and every wrong of the Corvidae, a group of vigilante heros who take from the rich and give to the poor. Munin is in their ranks now, and they do not remember a small boy who lost something important because of their activities, a fact they will come to regret.
St. George: (the tiny knight) Before he was a legendary dragon-slayer, a young George was just starting out, and the first dragon is always the hardest.
Dryad: (faerie with the branches) The fae come in many forms. The dryad's are guardians of the forest, caring for their trees and protecting them from those who would destroy all that is green and living.
Merlin: (girl with the goggles) 18 and brilliant, Merlin is a young mechanic starting her career in the Galactic Fleet, led by Admiral Pendragon. The is currently in charge of maintenance and repairs for an equally youthful group of fighter pilots fresh out of training camp. They long to be Knights one day, the elite of the fighter corps, but at the moment are lowly Squires.
Kitty: (girl in the dress) 10 years old and full of precocious energy, Kitty is exploring a world full of magic and adventure, and soon learns she has magic of her own, and that fact is bound to bring trouble. She is also one of the stars of my short film [link]
Lumpdragon: (the horned creature Kitty is leaping over) The lump dragon is a small species of rather squishy looking dragons. They come in many variations, with different numbers of heads, horns, wings, legs, etc.
Maggie: (woman with eye-patch) Another member of the Corvidae, Magpie or Maggie as she prefers to be called, is a fighter, wanting justice in an unfair world. She is seldom seen without her red coat.
Ignatius: (man with the staff) Wizard by trade, Ignatius is Kitty's Uncle. His brother was her father, and when he disappears, lost on some mission for the Empire, Kitty is sent to live with him by a mother who never did trust the magic in her husband's family. Ignatius may not have the largest stature, he makes up for it in pride and power.
Mermaid: (spotted female) Water fae, mermaids are relatives of their land bound cousins, like the kelpie, they often play deadly tricks on human kind.
Iden; (The running man in striped pants) My DnD character. Iden is the bastard son of a nobleman, a rogue and sometimes courtesan. A rather practical man, when he is cut off after his father dies he makes good use of his education and looks to impress upon the noble rich the benefit of keeping a young man like him in food and clothing. Only, things begin to go wrong when a certain lady's husband comes home early . . .
Mrawh: (the creature in the pot, on top of the rock golem) A golem made of mud, he was created by Ignatius when he was young man with few friends and too much time on his hands. He is then forgotten for years until, Kitty steps in his mud puddle. He is also in the film with Kitty.
Trangles: (triangular things) The trangles hate round things and prefer everything to be hard edged and geometric. Having razor sharp edges they simply carve their world to be this way.
Galahad: (dude with horns) Galahad, the half alien, half human son of Lancelot, he is a star pilot, one of the group that is under the care of Merlin as they attempt to make a name for themselves in the fleet.
Barrington: (the bird in the hat) The know it all companion of Pancake, Barrington guides and sometimes leads in their adventures around the world.
Medusa: (girl with snake hair) What if a medusa went to high school? What if she was near sighted and awkward? What if?!
Stone golem: (the creature made of rocks) Usually made of clay, the stone golems are made of living rock and often retain the personalities of their former lives.
Leverett; (the hare in the scarf) In the same world as Barrington and Pancake, hares have taken tot he skies, piloting airships around the world. Leverett is a young hare, just making his way in the family trade. A bit impulsive and always ready for adventure, he makes fast friends with Pancake.
Pancake: (cat in the bag) The hero of his own story, Pancake is destined for adventure and exploration and a great deal of trouble on the way.
Rachel: (the girl in the elmo shirt) Me, the artist!
Mr. Tea: (banana curls, riding the sausage) Often involved in seemingly shady deals, Mr. Tea pops up all over the place in the same world as Barrington, Pancake and Leverett.
The Sausage: (the sausage) He cooks dinner while the mouse fetches water and the bird fetches wood. It is a weird living arrangement.
Sathyss; (the woman with the dark hair and the swirly sleeves) A dragon trapped in human form by the dying curse of a man she killed during a botched robbery. Sathyss is traveling the world with her companion, Owenn, looking for a way to reverse their fates.
Whew! That's everyone! ENJOY.
